FSX/P3D – McCoy Water Landing Effect v4

FSX/P3D – McCoy Water Landing Effect v4. These effects are individually assigned to a specific aircraft or boat overriding both FSX & P3D’s default wake. Five effects of various sizes are included. Visually v4 looks a lot like v3.2 but some improvements have been made such as a compatibility fix of surface decals and airborne particles when subjected to wind, re-direction and velocity adjustments of the splash effect, a greatly simplified installation for P3D v4 and the first update for FSX since v2.0. A short video is included to demonstrate each size. Although intended for aircraft these effects can be used on boats 38 feet or smaller. Sound file included.

FSX – Bombardier CSeries CS100

FSX – Bombardier CSeries CS100. Included are the liveries of Swiss HB-JBA, Test Aircraft FTV1 C-FBCS, and Delta Air Lines. The CSeries are my first models built from scratch for FSX. It was made using FSDS v3.5; the flight dynamics were created using airwrench; the panel was made with FS Panel Studios using default gauges. This is not meant to be a complex model therefore it should be very frame rate friendly.

FSX – Northrop Gamma Updated

FSX – Northrop Gamma Updated. The Northrop Gamma was a single-engine all-metal monoplane cargo aircraft used in the 1930s. Towards the end of its service life, it was developed into the A-17 light bomber.
The aircraft was a further development of the successful Northrop Alpha and shared its predecessor’s aerodynamic innovations with wing fillets and multicellular stressed-skin wing construction. Like late Alphas, the fixed landing gear was covered in distinctive aerodynamic spats, and the aircraft introduced a fully enclosed cockpit. This is an FSX update for the FS2004 model by the late Paul Clawson featuring new enhanced VC and 2D panels with now more authentic gauges. Also included is new smoke effect and new camera views. Credits go to Paul Clawson for the original model and to Erwin Welker for the extra camera views.

FSX – Hughes H1 Racer Updated

FSX – Hughes H1 Racer Updated. The Hughes H-1 was a racing aircraft built by Hughes Aircraft in 1935. It set a world airspeed record of 352 mph and a transcontinental speed record across the United States. The H-1 Racer was the last aircraft built by a private individual to set the world speed record; most aircraft to hold the honor since have been military designs. This is an FSX update for the FS2004 model by Tim Conrad featuring new enhanced VC and 2D panels with now more authentic gauges, which pretty much resemble the real panel. Included is smoke effect and the Flight dynamics have been corrected, as the aircraft tended to turn extremely left during take-off. All credits go to Tim Conrad for this awesome racer.
