FSX – Vultee BT-13 Valiant WWII Prop Trainer Updated

FSX – Vultee BT-13 Valiant WWII Prop Trainer Updated. This is a reupload of Chuck Lawsen’s earliar FSX update of Paul Clawson’s Vultee BT-13 Valiant WWII prop trainer. However, this great model now features both a new reworked and improved VC with a lot more gauges and a new 2D panel matching the VC for the most part. New smoke has been added to the model too. Credits go to Chuck Lawsen for his FSX update and also thanks to the late Paul Clawson for the original model.

FSX – Green/White Rotating Airport Beacon Upgrade

FSX – Green/White Rotating Airport Beacon Upgrade. After noticing that the default Microsoft green/white rotating airport beacon included with FSX looks rather bad, and considering it’s mounted prominently at several of my major airports, I decided to go ahead and modify it for a much more realistic look.

FSX/P3D – LETF Aerodromo Tomas Fernandez Espada

FSX/P3D – LETF Aerodromo Tomas Fernandez Espada. Although this airfield has activity from 1997, just in 2007 it has received its ICAO code “LETF”. You can get information about aeronautical and general questions in the webs “volaralsur.blogspot.com” and “www.fly-pedro.com”. Very close to the airfield is the nice hotel “La Antigua Estacion” (www.antiguaestacion.com), provided with a luxurious swimming pool for relax after your flights (I hope to include it in a future version). This scenery has only that we can call the “SDK Object Placement Tool” degree of realism: not the real thing, but –I hope so– best than the desert. I have tested this scenery with the default FSX mesh and scenery and it works well, but I have designed it, for best accuracy, with the wonderful free 38m Europe Mesh of Taburet & Ferranti and the payware add-on “UTX Europe”. I have tested it with some GA AI Traffic, and I think that it is OK, too, but we must remember that the length of the runway is only 560 meters, so many planes, even the small ones, run across the grass after finishing the runway.
